The rumors are true afterall , obviously. A new class has been released first in Korea MapleStory Test server
It's called Cannon Shooter. Wow, it's been a while since Nexon made a new class

A cannon is a two-handed wielding weapon and its a brand new type of weapon for pirates. For Example,

You see , it is a slow weapon but normally slow weapon has high amount of attack.
It starts as a beginner, now we're still on a prologue testing, it might be a branch off of Adventurer like Dual Blades. But , it might be a brand new class with different tutorial too, since now it is just a prologue testing, who knows it might be like the time during Resistance. Do you know Resistance start off in Maple Island during the prologue testing period?

The Maple Administrator tells me it is actually the "jump" patch for pirates (Oh Really? You're not buffing up the poor pirates but you are releasing new job instead)
And she gave me 3 Pirate supply boxes like Warriors,Magicians and Bowmen did that time. But there's no SP Reset. HOW UNFAIR !
I had actually found the real font for Maple description windows , does it look alright?
And other than that, A new "set effect" for Ezer and PL the unicorns has been added, if you have both Unicorns applied in your character, Bayonne the Unicorn will come to meet you.
Bayonne the Unicorn says that you can ride him/her(I actually don't know his/her gender >< ) and he/she will give you a Mystical Unicorn mount coupon.
Now , one of the specialties of this class is you have a little cute monkey as your partner ! The monkey helps in sometimes like when "Monkey Magic" is cast. But normally, he only acts like your companion. He will have some little actions when you're doing something. For examples,

Launch a tremendous cannon to punch back a group of monsters.

Gigantic BackStep(Master Level : 15)
Using a recoil made by cannon for a quick escape, and reduces target 's speed as well
At Level 15 , MP 20 Cost, 210% Damage, hits up to 3 monsters, 70% chance to reduce target's speed for 5 seconds by -60
Cannon Enhancement(Master Level : 10)
Improve the ability of your cannon, Permanently increase both Weapon Attack and Weapon Defense
At Level 10 , Increase Weapon Attack 20, Weapon and Magic Defense by 250

Slug Shot (Master Level : 20)
(A Delay of 840millisecond is present)
Shoots many small cannons at once and inflicts damage on multiple enemies.
At Level 20, MP 24 Cost, 220% Damage, hits up to 4 monsters, uses 2 bullets

The Monkey hits the drum loudly and inflicts damage on monsters after Charging, and deals Critical hit immediately after charging it FULLY
At Level 20, uses 55 MP, as much as 1000% attack damage, 95% chance to stun, 100% chance to deal critical damage when release it at a maximum point

By using the lifting force during a recoil made by the cannon , flies up and does damage on monsters (Similar to Mechanic 's Rocket Blast) (Can be used while jumping ! And Short Cool down !)
At Level 15, consumes 35 MP,deals 210% damage on 6 enemies.
